El patrón, con el apoyo del gobernador del estado, dice que otorga el perdón de un delito no cometido a Rosalío Hernández, si él firma un documento en el que se compromete a no asesorar a trabajadores de este estado. Dado que semejante papel es contra derecho, el asesor de los trabajadores se ha negado a firmarlo y la orden de aprehensión está vigente.
Rosalío Hernández Beltrán fue fundador del Partido Mexicano de los Trabajadores, junto con Heberto Castillo, Demetrio Vallejo y Eduardo Valle. Ha asesorado a movimientos sindicales como el de Refrescos Pascual y Transportes Huerta. Fue diputado federal por el PRD y actualmente se dedica de tiempo completo a asesorar trabajadores. También ha escrito libros relacionados al tema sindical como "Los Patos y Otras Batallas" y las novelas históricas "Lombardo" y "Fidel".
Cabe mencionar que hace apenas unas semanas el mismo gobierno estatal reprimió a campesinos, hiriendo de bala a 20 personas y ejecutando con tiro de gracia a 3 de ellos que eran trasladados a un hospital. El chofer del vehículo que los llevaba también fue asesinado.
